Upon arrival, I was informed that my requested king rooms were unavailable due to plumbing issues, and I was "upgraded" to a nearby hotel instead, which was far from acceptable. The replacement rooms at the Legacy Ottoman featured dirty carpets and the smallest bathroom I have ever encountered in a hotel. after struggling with the inconvenience, the staff only reached out to me spontaneously on the third day, claiming they wanted to surprise me with an offer to return, which felt disingenuous after all the hassle.

Sanasaryan Han is a beautiful hotel that exudes luxury and comfort. The staff were exceptionally kind, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The library bar was a delightful space, perfect for afternoon tea while enjoying the stunning decor.
